Infinity Word şi Activision ne informează că au încheiat un acord cu Valve, în urma căruia versiunea de PC a shooter-ului Modern Warfare 2 va beneficia de suport pentru Steamworks. Astfel gamer-ii vor avea acces la Steam Achievements(MW2 are 50) şi Steam Cloud care le permite accesarea user-ului de la orice calculator.

Robert Bowling, Inifiny Ward: “All PC versions of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be powered by Steamworks, providing gamers with auto-updating, anti-cheat technology, Steam Achievements, and the recently introduced Steam Cloud.
